Voya's Excessive Trading Policy: VRIAC as providers of multifund variable insurance and retirement products, has adopted this Excessive Trading Policy to respond to the demands of the various fund familes which make their funds available through our variable insurance and retirement products to restrict excessive fund trading activity and to ensure compliance with Section 22c-2 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. Enrollment Materials: Before initiating the enrollment process, carefully review your entire enrollment kit (or online materials where available) including the investment and disclosure materials. You will need your Social Security Number, Employer's Plan Number, Location Code (where applicable) and Kit Number or Password in order to enroll.

Enrollment Process: Once the enrollment process is complete, you will have the opportunity to review and confirm your entries prior to submitting your enrollment information to VRIAC. Written confirmation of your enrollment will be mailed to your address on file.

Payroll Authorization and Beneficiary Designation : In addition to completing the online enrollment process, your employer may require that you complete a salary reduction agreement form and/or beneficiary designation form.
