Enter Social Security Number * (9 digits, no dashes)
Your Social Security Number is required to properly identify and authorize you for the purpose of enrolling in your employer's retirement plan.

At VRIAC, we are committed to safeguarding SSNs. We maintain physical and electronic security procedures designed to protect the confidentiality and security of SSNs. We protect against unauthorized third party access, and do not share SSNs except as required or permitted by law. In addition, our employees and agents are trained to protect SSNs, and we also limit internal access to SSNs to those individuals who need the information to do their jobs.
