After 15 minutes, if you have not used the Previous or Continue buttons provided, you will be "timed out" of the Enroll Now section. You will need to start your enrollment again. No information previously entered will be saved.

How should I navigate "through" the Enroll Now section?

You should use the Back and Continue buttons provided within the Enroll Now pages rather than your Web browser's forward and back buttons.

What if I cannot go back to a previous page?

If you need to go back to a previous page within the Enroll Now section, simply click on the "Back" button at the bottom right hand side of the page.

What if I cannot go forward to the next page?

First, ensure there is not an error message at the top of the page. Error messages will appear in bold text. Please read the error message and correct the error. Then click on the Continue button to go to the next screen.
